Staying at Guest House Zefiro with my family was a delightful experience. As we approached the entrance, a welcoming and friendly atmosphere enveloped us despite the slightly dated appearance. The ease of communication with the host, Elisa, via What's app immediately set a positive tone for our stay. The room, equipped with a larger-than-expected bed, was exceptionally clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing space for us to unwind after exploring the beautiful city.Our family, including our child under 6 years old, was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful touches provided by the staff. From additional toiletries and towels for our little one to the personalized package with essential information and emergency contacts, every detail catered to our needs. The family-friendly environment extended to the swift check-in process and the availability of activities nearby suitable for all ages.Guest House Zefiro's central location allowed us to easily explore the city on foot, with numerous dining options within reach. The attentive service, comfortable accommodations, and inclusive amenities made our stay truly memorable.
